[Liverpool] Played cribbage all afternoon. Moved into harbour about 4 o’clock. Got rations, had early supper. Waited around till twelve to get off. Marched to station. Waited till 2 for train.

[At sea on HMT Pasteur, North Atlantic] Getting off tomorrow. Don’t know where going. Received medical & train rations. Ate train rations because hungry. Played cribbage and was victorious.

[At sea on HMT Pasteur, North Atlantic] Rougher than ever. More airforce sick. Met a friend of Lowell Robinsin’s [?] in F.D.2 [?] draft. Went to canteen again. Had talk on not obeying rules. Played cribbage most of day.

[At sea on HMT Pasteur, North Atlantic] Got rough during night. Lots of R.A.F. sick. Water situation and meals very grim. Half starved all the time. Few standing the swell very good. Played cribbage most of the day.
